Twoje imię i nazwisko Twój adres Dear Sir / Madam XYZ Company I regret to inform you that I am not satisfied with XYZ Media Player that I bought on 15th January 2012 from your internet shop XYZ On-line. First of all the delivery time was much extended; it took 14 days. Just to remind, according to information at your web site the delivery time was supposed to take only 48 hours. It was not possible to receive information from your on-line-shopping support team. All three e-mails sent to [email protected] stayed without any kind of response or excuse. Moreover once after delivery I have noticed that the package had not contained any manual in Polish, which is mandatory. Additionally drivers of the device need to be updated. Drivers also can not be found at your web service. I need to add that the support team once again does not response for my e-mails. I expect that the situation can be easily improved and that the polish manual as well as new drivers for the device will be available to download from your service within next days. Best regards
